How I Found Kinesiology - And Why It Changed Everything

I discovered Kinesiology in the same way many people do - when I was feeling lost, desperate, and out of options. I had tried everything. I’d been to the doctor more times than I could count, only to be told, “Everything looks normal,” after every blood test. I remember thinking, “If even the doctor can’t find anything, there must be something really wrong with me.”

But looking back, that moment, the one that felt so hopeless, was actually the turning point. If you’re reading this now, you might be at a similar crossroads. And that might mean you’ve just come across a new way forward - one that could change your life without the need for prescriptions or long lists of side effects.

Kinesiology is a scientific, holistic approach to health that’s based on a different way of thinking. It’s one where you are in control - where you can finally understand the real causes of your physical and emotional symptoms.

Everyone is different, so why are symptoms so often treated the same way?

Using muscle testing, Kinesiology allows us to ask the body directly:

- Are your hormones in balance?

- Are your blood sugars out of sync?

- Is a structural issue causing your symptoms?

- Are certain foods triggering discomfort?

- Is there an emotion stuck in the body?

The answers can be surprising and empowering. Often, with simple changes or gentle physical corrections, long-standing symptoms begin to disappear.

The knowledge you gain through Kinesiology can help you feel better now and prevent future health issues too. For example, if you discover your body doesn’t tolerate milk, you can make the choice to avoid it - and potentially avoid issues like leaky gut down the line. Knowledge gives you choice. And with choice, you have the power to move toward wellness.

When you see a Kinesiologist, they don’t just look at one area. They test the body biochemically, structurally, emotionally, and electrically, leaving no stone unturned. This whole-body approach means we don’t just mask symptoms - we aim to uncover the root cause.
If you only treat a single symptom, you may feel better short term, but the body will often find a new way to express the imbalance - and more symptoms will follow. Real healing happens when we listen to the whole system.

My life changed when I discovered what was actually causing my symptoms. I had been so anxious, constantly nauseous, and unable to attend school most days. I was sick, unhappy, and afraid something was seriously wrong. But it turned out to be a food intolerance and an emotion held in my body.

Now, I have choices. Cow’s milk or oat milk? Illness or wellness?

If I hadn’t found Kinesiology, I honestly don’t know where I’d be today. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others discover what this work can do.

Because sometimes, the answers are already available - you just need someone to help ask the right questions.
